I hope you won't have to deal with that smoke until the end of October even though it does make interesting photos.

I should have taken a picture of the sun disappearing into the smoke, before setting here last night. First time I recall seeing that.

The one time I didn't have my cell with me when taking my daughter to school, there was something I really would've loved to get a pic of! The photo here is of a sunset, but it's almost exactly the color of the sunrise this morning in Molalla, Or. It was beautiful, and you could see it perfectly. A perfectly round shaped ball of almost red. I've decided to call it a blood-sun. lol. ^,^ I couldn't get a pic of it at home because of all the trees in the way >.<

I know the smoke is so depressing. We have it here in Wenatchee, WA as well. Cool shots though.
