You are indeed blessed to have such a vantage point of Lake Michigan, Lake Shore Drive, and the Chicago skyline, PLUS you clearly have an eye for a great photo! Thank you so much for sharing! Once upon a time in the 1980s & 1990s, I visited Chicago 3 times a week (for 12 years) driving a semi pulling 2 trailers. My view was necessarily much different, but there were many weather & traffic events over those years! No accidents / no tickets, just the experience! I enjoyed your on-the-lake city, though never as a resident.

great shot of grant park, the aquarium, and the museum. didnt think chicago got those type of downpours like we do here in florida. i never witnessed that in the 18 years i lived up there.

Thanks for a great weather shot from my hometown of Chicago! Love that skyline and the open areas along the beach....a "10 FAVE" from me!

Here in Navarre Beach, FL today we have Tropical Storm Isaac--with huge waves....
