I have always loved taking pictures and WU makes it even more fun. It is a great site thanks to the approvers, all who manage the photos, and the wonderful WU photo friends. People at many levels of ability sharing their world and photography experience. In the process friendships are made and learning takes place as well as the chance to see the world! |

The marsh use to protect the area from some flooding but with the erosion of those areas each future storm will do more damage.

Yes I have heard that the wetlands that used to protect the delta areas from storm surges is quickly disappearing...
endure what these folks have had to put
up with.
I don't know what I would do under the
same circumstances.
My best hopes for a brighter future for them.
