Nanapoo: Don't know of those calculators. One way, you can go out and measure a Full Moon, then measure the partial moons & calculate % with calculator. Careful don't fall off, you never know where you'll land.
There is other ways too, and no Tape Measurement needed!
WU lists the % for you each day! Just go to their home page on classic view. Don't think it's on the new version.

Below the little map that comes up, you will see a place that says (Fast Forecast) Just type your city or any city or even just he Zip code, and that will bring up the city you entered.
Scroll down, and on the far left look for a Black Oblong box that has the Moon Phases showing. On top of that it tells you the percent full. Each day is different, and sometimes will be slightly different from morning to evening, 1 or 2 % only.
Somewhere towards the top you have the option to add that city to a list. I have a whole bunch of favorites on my list. You can also delete a city by clicking delete, in same area next to (ADD).
I looked at both New and Classic WU and they both have the moon percentage displayed. Overall I still prefer the layout of Classic WU and use it for almost everything.
