These are some of the wild horses that live here in Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park. This group has been grazing the last few days right on the La Chua Trail. They are wild but not too bothered by the constant visitors that use the trail every day. The youngest of all came right up to me and gave me a full sniff down. She also inspected my lens, a bit too closely. What a treat to be so close to wild animals.
