Thank you for the comment on my photo. Our flowers have/are blooming a few weeks early this year. But in this area they do bloom a few weeks before MA. We used to love to go visit family in MA soon after the Dogwoods bloomed in my area, so that we could enjoy an extend seasonal blooming during our visit.
I believe s/he was giving me a bit of a warning.
