* * * NEWSFLASH * * *I DID IT!! I am now the proud owner of a Canon SX40 and am thoroughly enjoying discovering it's features, especially the greater zoom capacity! I grew up in New Plymouth, New Zealand, but have lived the past almost two decades in Palmerston North, where I sign for Deaf students.I am a "just for fun" photographer who enjoys getting out and appreciating nature in all it's different seasons and beauty.
