Thank you, Liz, Ralf, Elaine, and SixString! The day wasn't as hot as this molten cloud makes it look. It's the same cloud as in the previous photo; it just spread out some from the time I took that one.

Thank you, Wanda; actually, there was no storm that day, at least not here. Scattered cells have made for interesting cloud shots in recent days, however, and many days we do get a sprinkle while someone else gets the bulk of the rain. We got a good soak on Friday; the rest of the time only what I call "spit-sprinkles," if anything at all.

I've been having trouble with my computer most of the day, and been unable to access WUG at all for many hours, though everything else worked all right AND my son was able to get it on his computer without any trouble at all. My earmarks just would not work, nor could I access it through Google. I COULD access the Classic Site, but could not get the weather radar or forecast, nor could I access the New Site through the Classic one. Couldn't figure out whether the problem was with my computer, my server, or the site itself. Finally Tech Son suggested when all else fails, reboot! Presto, that solved the problem! (You'd think I would know enough by now to think of that...)
