The lump in the middle is the nose, and the eyes are looking toward the upper right. The mouth is open.

Yep, sometimes it looks like a chimp, but it always looks like a cloud. I took the picture because the cloud was rimmed in light. It was only after I had the photo downloaded to the computer that my pattern seeking mind found the face.
