As of Monday we will be in the high 70's and sunny. Poo!

Oh it got cold enough I got my wish, well atleast til spring. Mid to upper 20's, my outside temp sensor broke on the weather station.

I lost a few little tomatos plants, mostly suprise ones I really didn't have room for. Most my last fall planting. It had all yielded well & had been living on borrowed time. Cucumbers, squash, my beloved okra all dead. Eggplant & tomatos did good covered. The winter garden stuff is all good, bedded a few things down. Slowed the snow pea production but sweeted the collards.

What's a potbelly stove?

No artic blast for me next week. The annoying standing wave pattern is gone flat. I expect above normal for next week.

I just looked at your temp and you are at "0" as in ZERO degrees right now??? I am so sorry about that. Geeze, your area is not getting a break.

We are currently up to 60 and expected to get into mid 70's this afternoon which is good.


Our local mets are saying the High pressure over South Florida will keep that cold front from coming this far south so as skye said last night; we should not get any of that one..Thank goodness!

and it is not even 11pm yet and we all know the really cold stuff comes between 3-5am!

same one. They had lots and lots of problems and it took them much longer than was expected.
