My portrait was deleted

My portrait was deleted, so uploaded one that was a photos of me, they rejected for some reason, like it was not a weather photo. I can't have any profile icon on this site. No one else does either. You have to go to my webpage and hunt around if you want to see a photo of me now, or you can go to my twitter account.
