Last year, the Sled Dog Puppy cam at Denali made its debut with little fanfare, and it was only by accident that I found the cam in the first place!

This year, it's different! The Denali NP website has backgrounds of the pup's parents, plus Twitter feeds and a utube video of the newborn pups! There's even two sets of names for the pups! No sneaking up this year!

This week's blog is one of riches, for it also marks the debut of the Yosemite Falls cam! WunderYakuza found it, and stuck it on the WU cam directory for me to use and you to see! Awesome cam!

Oh yeah, and there's seven others, too, including the return of Glacier's Goat Haunt cam!

One of the main features of Denali National Park in Alaska are the sled dog teams they have onsite. During the winter months, rangers patrol the far reaches of the park using the dog sleds. Every year, the retire several dogs, and choose one of the females to breed and have puppies to replace them. Last year, they started having a puppy cam trained on the kennel where the puppies were growing up. I snagged the cam for the blog, and quickly it became one of the most popular cams ever!

I recently found out the new puppy cam will go online in May! Being that it's already May, I've kinda waited to see if they were going to bring the new cam online this week so I can put it on the blog, but so far, no puppies!

Therefore, I'm using a sister cam to the puppy cam as a filler until the puppy cam goes online. The Railroad Depot cam is a very good cam in its own right, it's just not as cute! :)
