What if?
What would happen if we shot some silver iodide attached to some expensive fireworks off of Mount Mitchel,NC(6,6684ft) during a nor'easter?
Would this substantially increase the water content in the clouds in the storm? Or would nothing happen without some kind of government help with airplanes?
As it stands, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, California, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, Wyoming, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas are all either using or experimenting with whether modification programs, including cloud seeding.
