Bret has stayed 50 mph for the whole day but will most likely weaken tonight as dry air will take a toll on the system. However their is a possibility that Bret could intensify slightly if their is more organized convection before 11:00. Bret will continue to go out to sea and not be a threat to land.

99L has formed northeast of Bret on the tail end of a front. Convection is limited but conditions are favorable for additional development and pressures are falling. Cindy could form out of this but will not be a threat to land.

2 waves are to be watched over the next few days as they both have a chance of impacting the U.S. Botl have some spin and limited convection but they are heading into a fairly conducive environment and could become something if the convection gets more organized.
