areas... in Minnesota... Carlton/southern St. Louis... central
St. Louis... Crow Wing... Koochiching... northern Aitkin...
northern Cass... northern Cook/Northern Lake... northern
Itasca... northern St. Louis... Pine... southern Aitkin...
southern Cass... southern Cook/Lakeshore... southern Itasca and
Southern Lake/Lakeshore. In Wisconsin... Ashland... Bayfield...
Burnett... Douglas... Iron... price... Sawyer and Washburn.

* Through Tuesday morning

* heavy rains falling on already saturated ground could lead to
local flash flooding along rivers... streams... and other poorly
drained areas.

* Low lying areas... ditches and roads... will also be vulnerable
to flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

This Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that
lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous
situation.

Monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should
flash flood warnings be issued.
