This red flag warning is for the following fire weather zones:

454 - Lander and Eureka counties between i80 and Highway 50

* winds... west 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Relative humidity... as low as 13 percent.

* Impacts... the combination of strong winds and low relative
humidity will result in conditions which are ideal for
explosive fire growth.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now... or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds... low relative humidity... and warm temperatures will
create explosive fire growth potential.

fire weather zones:

457 - northern Nye County and south of Highway 50 in Lander and
Eureka counties

* winds... northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Winds
will diminish on Wednesday... before increasing to critical
values on Thursday.

* Relative humidity... as low as 8 percent.

* Impacts... the combination of strong winds and low relative
humidity will result in conditions which are ideal for
explosive fire growth.
