through Thursday evening.
* Area and timing... portions of the northwest plateau and
northwest Highlands especially near the Arizona and Colorado
state lines as well as areas in the northeast Highlands near
Interstate 25 between Pecos and Wagon Mound from Thursday
afternoon to early evening.
* 20 foot winds... south to southwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts to
35 mph.
* Relative humidity... minimum humidity between 5 to 8 percent
western zones and 7 to 12 percent along Interstate 25.
* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
