The National Weather Service in Taunton has issued a

minor flooding of poor drainage areas in...
Hampden County in western Massachusetts...
Hampshire County in western Massachusetts...
Franklin County in western Massachusetts...
northwestern Worcester County in central Massachusetts...
Cheshire County in southern New Hampshire...

* until 900 PM EDT

* at 559 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated a swath of moderate rain
crossing through western Massachusetts and far southwest New
Hampshire. Showers will continue to affect the area into this
evening. Embedded thunderstorms will produce localized heavier
rain that will cause minor flooding of low lying and poor drainage
areas... mainly in urban locations.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Advisory is issued for minor small stream flooding or ponding
of water in urban or other poor drainage areas. Do not drive through
flooded roads.
