The line of storms which prompted the warning has weakened below
severe limits... and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or
property. However... small hail... gusty winds and heavy rain are
still possible with these thunderstorms.

southeastern Sherman and southwestern Thomas counties until 1100 PM
MDT/midnight CDT/...

At 918 PM MDT/1018 PM CDT/... National Weather Service Doppler radar
indicated thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall moving across the
warned area. Rainfall estimates of 2 to almost 4 inches have already
fallen with more rainfall expected through the evening.

Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause flash flooding to
occur. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Brewster and Edson.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding. If flooding is observed... act quickly. Do not
enter the water. Turn around and move up to higher ground. Do not
stay in areas subject to flooding when water begins rising.
