fog advisory... which is in effect until 11 am EST this morning.

* Visibility: frequently reduced to less than one mile and
occasionally less than one-quarter mile.

* Impacts: other vessels and land features may be obscured at
times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one mile. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
